Thank you for your interest in our Faith Formation Program at Mater Dolorosa Catholic Parish. This year 2021-2022, we are offering faith formation for children and teens in 1st grade through high school online.

We offer faith formation for children and teens in 1st grade through 12th grade.

We have three family meetings each year which parents/guardians are required to attend. There are additional parent/guardian meetings for those children who are preparing for the sacraments of First Reconciliation, First Communion and Confirmation. We also have two breaks from classes each year during Christmas and Easter.

Children desiring to receive the Sacraments of Reconciliation, First Communion and Confirmation must be enrolled one year prior to the year of preparation for the reception of the sacrament.

Registration forms should be completed online. Once submitted, you may drop off or mail the fees and a copy of the baptismal and/or communion certificates to the CFF office.

All new families are required to submit a baptismal and/or communion certificates upon registration. We must receive a copy of your child's baptismal and/or communion certificates, the registration form and payment before your child is accepted into our program.
